Will the capsules work in my Nespresso®* machine?
Our coffee capsules are compatible with original Nespresso®* brand coffee machines for home use including Inissia, Citiz, Pixie, U, Essenza, Lattisima, Expert, Prodigio, Kitchen Aid, Creatista.
Our hot chocolate capsules are a different design, which will work in the following machines; Citiz, Pixie, Essenza, Lattissima and Inissia models made by either Krups or Magimax.
Our capsules are not suitable for professional machines, built-in models, or those that take multiple capsules at once (such as Miele). They are not compatible with Nescafe Dolce Gusto or Nespresso Vertuoline machines.

Will my Nespresso®* machine warranty be lost if I use Fine Coffee Club capsules?
No, the manufacturer cannot under any circumstances refuse to provide services under your machine’s warranty.
What is the Best Before date?
The Best Before date is on the bottom of each box, after the letters BB.
What if your capsules don't work with my machine?
Our capsules are fully compatible with all the current range of Nespresso machines, but we offer a money back guarantee for 21 days after your purchase if you are unhappy with our capsules. If you are unhappy for any reason please get in touch.
Do you offer telephone support?
In order to be able to offer you the highest quality coffee at the lowest price we cannot afford the cost of a call centre to deal with telephone calls.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.
Do you accept Maestro?
Currently we don't directly accept Maestro. But you can pay by Maestro through PayPal.
How does your loyalty points scheme work?
As soon as you place your first order you'll start collecting loyalty points, no sign up needed. You can view your points balance in the members area of our website.
You will start collecting points at the Bronze Tier, earning 1 point for every £1 spent with Fine Coffee Club and you will progress to the Silver and Gold levels as you earn more points.
Level Lifetime Points Points earned per £1
Bronze 0 - 249 1 point
Silver 250 - 749 2 points
Gold 750 + 5 points
Each point is equal to one penny and these points can be redeemed against any order - including those with promotional discounts already applied. Just check the box on the payment page to use your points on your next order.

How do I place an order using loyalty points?
To place an order using your loyalty points please follow
the instructions below:
- Log into your Fine Coffee Club Account:
- Click on 'My Rewards'
- Then click on redeem points
Under where it says ' Ways to redeem points' select ' £1 off
every 100 Points'
- Use the scroll bar to select the number of point you want to
- Then select okay
- Then you can copy the code
- Then add the coffee capsules you want to order to the basket by clicking on one-time purchase for each type of capsule you want to
order. Loyalty points cannot be used towards
- Then Select Checkout
- Then paste the discount code into the Gift card or discount
code text box on the right-hand side
- Press apply
- Check that the discount has been applied and then continue
- Check order details, including address
- Pay and confirm order
If the discount code has not been copied properly or you
lose the code, you can find it again by following the below instructions:
- Go to the account section on the website and log in if you
are not already logged in
- Click on My Rewards
- Scroll down to where it says ' Your available rewards'
- Underneath there should be white boxes that say ' £1 off
every 100 Points'. The number of these boxes will depend on how many codes have
been created and how many have been used towards orders.
- Click on the white box and you should be able to see and
copy the code
- If you have multiple boxes, they will be in the order that
the codes were created. The first box on the left will be the code that was created last.
How does the money back guarantee work?
We guarantee all our products with a 21 day money back guarantee. You may open and use one box of ten capsules. If you open more than one box then we will deduct the cost of these opened boxes from the refund. You are responsible for returning the goods to us if requested. We will provide you with a refund within 30 days. The refund will be made by cheque, bank transfer or crediting your card as decided by us. The refund will cover the goods but not post and packing.
