Returns Let's get it sorted

We're really sorry you didn't like our capsules and are planning to return them.

Our official returns policy in our Terms & Conditions is 21 days however if you are a few days over that's fine. We think it is more important to have happy customers than to rigidly enforce our policies.

If you are in the UK we will cover the cost of returning the coffee to us as long as you can print out the label from our website. If you can't print the returns label or have someone else print it for you then you will need to pay the postage.

When we get the coffee back we will refund you in full for the coffee but not for any P&P. It's fine if you've used up to three capsules but if you've used more than three capsules we will deduct the cost of the capsules used.

If you are an eBay customer please message us and we will send you a returns label.
