Our coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso®* brand coffee machines for home use including Citiz, Pixie, Essenza, Krups, Lattissima and Magimix.
Our capsules are not suitable for professional machines, built-in models, or those that take multiple capsules at once (such as Miele).
No, the manufacturer cannot under any circumstances refuse to provide services under your machine’s warranty.
The first date on the box is the date of production. The second date (after BB) is the Best Before.
You can return your order within 21 days for a full refund. Just print off a returns label from our website and we'll pay the postage as long as you are in the UK. It's fine to open one box to try the capsules and we will still give a full refund for the order. If more than one box has been opened we will charge for the opened boxes. If you want to return an item go to Returns.
In order to be able to offer you the highest quality coffee at the lowest price we cannot afford the cost of a call centre to deal with telephone calls.
