- Which machines can I use Fine Coffee Club capsules with?
- Our coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso®* brand coffee machines for home use including Citiz, Pixie, Essenza, Krups, Lattissima and Magimix.
- Will my Nespresso®* machine warranty be lost if I use Fine Coffee Club capsules?
- No, the manufacturer cannot under any circumstances refuse to provide services under your machine’s warranty.
- How long can I store capsules for?
- If the sachet is not opened, the capsules can be kept 9 months after delivery. Opened capsules should be used within a week
- What if your capsules don't work with my machine or I don't like the coffee?
- You can return your order within 21 days for a full refund. Just print off a returns label from our website and we'll pay the postage as long as you are in the UK. Even if you've used up to three capsules we will still give a full refund for the order. If you want to return an item go to Returns.
- Do you offer telephone support?
- We sell capsules at a lower price than available anywhere online or in any supermarket. In order to be able to offer you such a good deal we cannot afford the cost of a call centre to deal with telephone calls.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
- Do you accept Maestro?
- Currently we don't directly accept Maestro. But you can pay by Maestro through PayPal.
